The problem of debit cards.

The businesses are obliged to accept debit cards, with this is benefited the company Frist Data that is the owner of the technology here in Argentina.
So I ask myself, is the same thing with third-party insurance on vehicles, it is mandatory, but we do not always agree that when it is an option for sale, it is mandatory to purchase a terminal to be able to sell with a debit card.
